180mm Large quiet Fan

I heard this fan is very quite and yet excellent lamp cooler. Where can I get one? Is it an automotive part? If so what is it called?

That's a squirrel cage fan. The first result on Google for "squrriel cage fans" shows a blower that looks almost the same. It's $50 though. At 13" wide I'd recommend it more for blowing across the LCD.
