Is there a woofer like the BMW 15n850 with say dual 4ohm voice coil or just a single 4ohm out there?
I was very impressed with how well it simulates, and then it has 13mm xmax. But I need lower impedance to be able to use that xmax.
Ideas?

Blue Aran sometimes have a few 4ohm PrecisionDevices
But none with the high Xmax of BMS

There's a Ciare 12" equivalent to the 12.00SW but with a dual 4 ohm coil, with 11.5mm Xmax:

Obviously lower efficiency and Xmax but might do the job, depending what you're looking for.

for the 8ohm nominal, specs says 5ohm dc/Re
imagine dc/Re for a 4ohm nominal
your amp would need to be fit fore 2ohm load
