130v Zener Diode - TO-220

130v Zener Diode - TO-220

Mouser used to stock: Vishay - 625-Z4KE130A-E3

I am building an amplifier, I have searched everywhere, I cannot find a Zener Diode 130v and package TO-220 Throughole.

Please help!!!

you might be able to find a classic sony tv diode called R2k and its very common around tv Repair shops big but not TO220

And or sony also uses a regulator for television also at 135 volts if memory serves properly called SK 135 ( not 2sk 135 ) and this is at TO220

my mistake, it is actually DO-204AL, and Mouser does have a version similar, not as good though.
