This looks like a commercial SMPS - which one is it?
Many SMPS designs do away with the mains transformer and use an auxiliary winding on the SMPS transformer to provide power.

Yes, that was 4 years old project, also so many Pro SMPS manufacturers uses mains transformers, While using AUX winding wont give robust results.
No longer using that AUX transformer in the commercial version of that SMPS.
It is considered inefficient to use a mains transformer when you have the SMPS transformer aux winding.
