Money Transfers not accounted for.

Hello,
I just got the third note that "one of my" accounts is going to expire/has expired.
There is "something wrong in the state of denmark" as I've already transfered the money
on April 18th.
Secondly, I do not know of any more accounts than one.
Since I've been already slightly irritated by the rise in "taxes" for this service
I'd suggest we quickly settle this one. I'm not getting more patient with time.
And yes, my answers to these (your) postings have not been answered yet.

OK, there is only one person who can take of that. I'll let him know.
BTW, there are no taxes for the use of this forum. It's free to use. If you want extras features, those can be had with paid support of the site. We appreciate your donation!

Not quite sure what's going on here but I'd love to know.

I see you made donations on 2nd of Feb, 10th April, and 19th April. That's very kind of you but not how the system works or should work, unless one is intentionally being very generous. I expect you now have 3 simultaneous donation levels running in parallel.

The forum helpdesk is best situated to assist you, so I am going to forward the email you sent to me privately to the helpdesk, and Elena will take good care of you to work out what has gone wrong. Sorry for any confusion - I am dissapointed in the way the new software has limited us to be able to well express how to participate in donating. We have planned writing our own custom solution as the one provided by XF and our development partners does not live up to my expectations.

Following up - I actually can't find any email sent to me privately sorry if I was mistaken about that, and I can't see any emails to the helpdesk in your name or with the email address you use for the forum. Can you kindly send an email to contact@diyaudio.com with any emails you received. I'll have Elena (our helpdesk manager) look into your case as a priority, and have created a ticket for you, assigned her, and emailed you.
