WTB: Toshiba 2SC3423Y/2SA1360Y, minimum 10 each, looking for about 20 of each. I want to build Roender FC100.

Reichelt does not have the Toshiba’s, but Inchange Semi Conductor.
Have no idea how these compare to the Toshiba’s.

Only 10pairs.
I have ordered 40 pairs Sanyo 1209/2911 pairs from Joshvi here on the forum. These are good equivalents for the Toshiba’s.

I have not simulatie the FC100 to check power dissipation. At first look, a to 126 looks not necesarry on all locations where these are used.
