You can't use the Peerless as a mid because the combined sensitivity of two 5" Satori wired in parallel is higher than the one of the Peerless, even with full baffle step correction.
It would make sense to build a 3-way with a 4" mid and two 5" woofers only with 5" drivers optimized to offer real bass at the expense of sensitivity, something that is the opposite of what the Satori are offering.
IMHO I would use the 5" Satori only in a small bookshelf speaker, where the bass limitation is compensated by having a tiny speaker. A 15L d'Appolito MTM is doable, but again no real bass...

I'm not worried about sensitivity, as I running my speakers active. What I am worried about is if the Peerless is good enough compared with the midrange of the Satori.

Peerless mid-woofers are great midranges.
Sadly their power handling and lack of bass response makes them less stellar values compared to other brands in the same size, like FaitalPro.
If you use it strictly as a mid, in an active set up without requiring a lot of power you'll be very pleased.
