Hi,
I'm working on a PCB version of an PSE amp. When I designed the power supply board I thought it might be generic enough that others might be interested.
The electrolytics are 450V so the B+1 is good for up to 350V, maybe a little more. B+2 is dependent on the dropping resistor value.
Solen bypass caps for the first cap and B+2.
B+1 is filtered for 150mA, B+2 filtered for 15mA.
It is designed for a PT with no center tap. The board has a terminal block for a PS choke, RC snubbers on the diodes, and a heater elevation circuit. With 350V B+1, the components as listed give a 53V heater elevation. Of course those values can be changed.
I used 4 of the terminals on the 12 position as accessory terminals for whatever. Two sets of 2 common terminals.
Board size is 90 x 127mm.

C11: 33uF 100V
R5: 1.2K 2W (dependent on required voltage drop)
R6: 560K 1W
R7: 100K 1W

Well, the prices you showed are huge.
I have bought from here: ITEAD Studio 2Layer Green PCB 10cm x 10cm Max
10cm x 10cm douple sided PCB: 10 pcs. 24.90 USD => 2.49 USD/board.
Their pricing is such that I attempt to design PCB to fit into 10 cm x 10 cm.
Concerning the components; have you considered to use rectifier bridge instead of separate diodes ? The layout would be much more compact.
You seem to have "bypass" capacitors and resistors for each diode. Why ?
I have never used such and I do not see any reason for using such additional components.

Yeah, pricing from expresspcb is high but I have no other software to use to generate the file format required by other vendors.
I suppose a packaged bridge may make it a tad smaller, but not by much.
I've read conflicting reports about the use of snubbers across the diodes in a bridge to reduce PT ringing and diode HF switching noise. Some say yes, some say no, most say with today's modern diodes it is completely unnecessary.
I'm using them now in my prototype circuit and have no problems. I'll have to put it on a scope with and without and see.

I bought the program Copper Connection by Robot Room. The $49 Studio version generates the correct Gerber and Excellon files. It also reads the latest version files created by ExpressPCB. That's what I did and it converted fine. Then you can use a source such as ITEAD Studio as mentioned earlier.
