An experimental module I made in 2013 based on a Douglas Self design. Douglas gave me some good advice at the time to help sort out the parasitics. The amplfier made me a big fan of CFP outputs and parallell output devices.
The idea of building ths was to get a continuous 100 Watts without a fan. I did run it with a 100 Watt sine wave into 4 Ohms for hours and the temperature leveled out at a pretty luke warm level. I plan to fire one up again and properly characterize it. I'm now quite curious what it will do. If I remember correctly the THD+N was about 0.0005% @ 1 kHz into 4 Ohms @ 150 Watts, but we shall see
