Update. How does it look?

Looking good!

The base seems awfully skimpy for the super high aspect ratio though. Hope there's no kids/pets to tip them.

I might add bigger footing and putt some ballast in it. Drawing is to get a idea of the design. All comments welcome.

No children or pets in the room. Door is locked. Having tube amps, you cant be to safe.

Got a little done today. Son helped with the big sheets.

Btw, I went with birch ply instead of mdf. Heres a pic.

Nice! I envy you, I'm having to cut/assemble/install a new gutter system.

Dont fall off the roof!!! When I was a kid, we would jump off the roof with a tractor umbrella. Glad I didnt weigh much.

I was looking at the dims for the port. 3"radius x .075. 6" port looks large cut out.

Can't, it's all ladder work.

Yeah, I 'run the numbers' for an alignment and it is what it is, but when I saw the cut wood, had to go back and check to make sure I hadn't screwed up.

Got another question. Do you think its worth chamfering the back of the baffle/driver cutout?
