What's included in the 1080p kits? does it come with the lenses, bulbs, etc?

Anybody built one of the 1920*1200 kits yet? How difficult/easy would it be to source the extra parts, such as the lenses and whatnot? I can't really tell what you get in the kit and what else is needed.

I'd love to try one of these kits though...
