Default Insulated, 24k Gold-Plated Binding Posts with Anti-Rotational Washers and Thick Nuts

Presented here are clear polycarbonate-insulated 24k gold-plated binding posts with anti-rotational washers and thick mounting nuts. The posts are $2.99 per pair, comprising one color-coded red, and one color-coded black.

The great thing about these binding posts is the anti-rotational feature built into the washers, which can fit into either a radiused or flat slot. A radiused slot is easily machinable into your chassis, and eliminates the need for a custom punch.

Mechanical specifications:

Each binding post requires a mounting hole diameter of 0.386" (9.8 mm), and employs a pair of shoulder washers, the outer of which has a radial spline to prevent unwanted rotation. The spline requires a slot extending radially 0.067" (1.7 mm) from the edge of the hole, and having a width of 0.087" (2.2 mm). As shown in the washer photo, the end of the spline is fully radiused, allowing a radiused slot to be used. Panel thicknesses ranging from 0.118" (3.0 mm) to 0.331" (8.4 mm) are accommodated. In addition to the obvious importance of the maximum panel thickness, equal observance of the minimum panel thickness is essential, because when the washer shoulders meet, the washer faces are about 0.102" (2.6 mm) apart, defining the minimum panel thickness that can be gripped.

I use USPS small flat rate boxes, which, adjusting for PayPal fees, is $5.85 within the US, and $17.75 to most countries. I am negotiable on Larger quantities. Below is a link to the eBay listing:
