PCB Etching Service in Belgium
 

Hello,

Here I propose an etching service based in Belgium.
The finish of these circuits are:

- Undrilled
- Uncutted
- With chemical tinning (3 Euros) or without (I leave the photoresist)

At the moment the only possible dimension is 100x160mm.
Other dimensions available (only if medium or high demand / time: 7 working days)
The thicknesses of copper are:

- 35μm (1oz): 11 Euros
- 70μm (2oz) : 13 Euros
- 105μm (3oz) : 20 Euros

Material: FR4
Single sided (for now)
Etching

Design rules (35μm (1oz) / 70μm (2oz) / 105μm (3oz))

- Thickness mini track: 0.20mm / 0.25mm / 0.3mm
- Inter-track mini Spacing: 0.20mm / 0.25mm / 0.3mm
- Thickness of the ring of pads Min: 0.25mm / 0.30mm / 0.35mm

Delivery of files:. 1:1 scale pdf

I actually have no example because the board I already etched have now a green solder mask and the pictures that I can take would not be relevant :s

But I use professional chemicals to etch board so the tracks are very clear and without undercut.
