Hi, can you say a bit more: 1 are they (2SJ162/2SK1058) be new from Renesas?2 may be you add photo for MJ21193/MJ21194 MOTO/ON3 what about cost of shipment (registered airmail) or it's subject for PM ? Thanks in advance.

What ranks of 2SJ18 and 2SK60 are available?
If it is 56 like on photo then it should be fine.
I would need a couple of those as well as some of the plastic package power FETs.
