No comment . You are lucky that you don't have corrupted politicians as we do.
But let me state that Greek people are workers as you are & we suffer & suffered a lot. Have you ever figured out what would happen to other countries (even your country) if someone gives fake statistics about their Economy? Anyway this is about the tube. If you find a cheaper price for a UNITED ELECTRONICS VT-4C at this NOS condition you can put it at this thread. Quote:

I just hardly believed my eyes when I saw the price; it seems a bit outrageous for whatever vintage tube, but nevertheless I hope you find a buyer.
Off topic, but I really feel sorry for the Greek population; of course there are workers in your country like there are everywhere. |

I have personally been in the original United factory in New Jersey.
 Of course they no longer make tubes. But remnants remained. _-_-bear
