FS: ICEPower 125ASX2 module - Page 19

Strange of my 2 boards i also had one with same problems. I was planning on changing the fuse.

The 125ASX2 is used in the new Bel Canto C5i and C7r integrated amplifiers. I have owned a C5i for a year now and have used it with a variety of speakers. It works very well in particular with my Harbeth speakers. I ordered a pair of amps from Ghent to be used as monoblocks, but if I like them, I will probably order one more to build as an integrated amplifier with a tube gain stage.

I believe the 125ASX2 is also used in some of the well-regarded Wyred4Sound amplifiers.

Wyred4sound mInt use 2 125asx2 in bridged mode.

I heard the Wyred4Sound mINT on an old pair of Castle 7s a few weeks ago at a friend's house. Good synergy and very similar to the Harbeth/Bel Canto sound.

Anyone knows what the SMD part found between fuse and AC header (P100) is?

I was contemplating 4 of these boards at the $160 shipped, but the increase of $40-60 is going to be hard to swallow and will probably prevent these boards from ever getting here. Too bad, it would have been a nice addition to the dipole line array project.
