The new IR Class D audio chipset audio driver IC with IRS2092S
Power management technology vendors - International Rectifier Corporation (International Rectifier, referred to as IR) has introduced the use of IRS2092S integrated audio driver IC chip set, with protection of PWM (PWM) switch and IR MOSFET integrated features such as digital audio. The chipset aimed at the middle from 50W to 500W power, high performance Class D audio amplifier applications, such as home theater, home stereo, active speaker, musical instruments and professional audio applications.
The formation of new chip Class D audio solution than the Class AB design a smaller area. For example, applications in the 100W, IRS2092S IC and IRF6645 DirectFET MOSFET can be reduced by 60% of the footprint than the typical 20% reduction in material form the number of devices.

I have used the irs2092 successfully to produce 750watts peak but I had to add gate drivers (TC4420)
Care has to be taken with decoupling and layout.
