Some 0.22R or a cheaper coil on the woofer might do the trick with the ncore then

You are absolutely right . I had to do that trix on my Coldamps. My coils in my speakers is only 0,03 ohm.

I've asked a bunch of times now but it seems nobody knows the answer. There are 3 pots on the ncore, the two close to each other adjust the input and output dc voltage offset, what does the 3rd one on the other side of the amp do?

That's the smoke generator. Tune for maximum.

A milliohm output impedance should be more than adequate for the job

I was told it was the "dead time" adjustment from a Mola Mola employee. How accurate was that answer being translated from German to English, .

At DC possibly. But how much at 50 Hz you think?

My Understanding of Jos's comment.
1. To adjust the DC offset of the input op amp

No input connected
No output connected
nAmpon disabled (disconnected from Gnd or Hi)
Adjust R95 for 0v between NI input and Gnd ( J9, P2 and P4)
This is how I understood it (in practice I measured on the xlr connector (pin2 and pin 1) at the moment as the module was still in its case.

2 To adjust the output DC level.

No input connected
No output connected
nAmpon enabled ( connected to Gnd J9.P4)
Adjust R136 for 0v between output + and output -.
Right

3 To Calibrate the overvoltage

No input connected
No output connected
No DC power connected (No SMPS)
Apply 3.0v to the 5 pin Prog Header for a few seconds
P1 -ve P2 +ve (Pin one is near the red capacitors)
There are no adjustments to be made. ( I don't understand what is going on
inside the electronics, the 3v must be being used to charge a capacitor but
how does it hold its charge when power is removed - pass at the moment)
maybe some flash memory modified to tell the ncore the calibration is done ?
On power being re-established and nAMPON enabled the amp should switch on
right

WHAT DO YOU DO IF THIS DOES NOT WORK ?
try several time the recalibration, if not successful, I think the only way is to send back to hypex
It is strange this tweaking is still necessary:

Do the amps from this batch still require DC tweaking?
If you order now, delivery is within two weeks. There is no DC tweaking necessary.
Maybe it is only true for units from batch wk21 and up?
