Also, can somebody tell me how to open the holes on the 10mm front aluminum plate? I want to open a 19mm hole for the power button, do I use a 19mm drill or a smaller one and work my way up to 19mm?

Yes, I'm. Was told that they would ship out next week after e-mailing them.

I would have appreciated if Hypex could have written a specific message about here earlier. That would give them less e-mails to answer as well. Good for both parties.

I find that increasing the diameter in 2mm steps works quite well with a hand drill
and a vertical drill stand or bench drill also helps but isn't essential
