Default We Don't Live to Make PCBs, We Make PCBs to Live…. www.circuit-mart.com

I have been in PCB related field for nine years, I was young when I joined a subsidiary of then Legend and now LENOVO, and I still remember Name change matter of LENOVO, we removed the former LEGEND, and put up a new one: That is LENOVO. It occurred in roughly 2003 or so. It is in that year we are unfortunately caught by SARS, and we were ordered to stay in plant area for a whole month to avoid contagion.
At that time, when we make boards, the normal standard were QS9000, ISO14000, and the fabrication process normally followed IPC-6012, the acceptance standard follows IPC-6012-F to most overseas clients. For customer from Europe, we use PERFEG-3C as normal standard, nowadays IPC-A-600 F has been revised to IPC-A-600G… How time flies! I still remember we also use Japanese standard for FUJITSU, MATSUSHITA, TOSHIBA, and US MIL standards for boards with strict requirements. You see, we have so many Japanese clients and I even acted as translator of Japanese for technical matters. I met lots of overseas clients, but none of them, regarding the attitude and principle of working, could be better than that of Japanese clients.
But now they encountered natural disaster-the earthquake…. And eventually they threw away nuclear polluted water into the Giant Big Sea. How much tons of the water
Is it really that much as reported by Japanese government? They did it first and then informed international world later. When such a government did such a Sxxx job, Which government of the world could be trusted? Nearly 10 years past since my fist PCB related position, Is the world becoming better? Or worse? Could every one of us work together to make it better? Have I made boards for weapons or similar purpose ? I always think about this point. If we could not avoid such purpose Board, make it ROHS, make it more economical….

Browse us for details....

Bonjour, Monsieur!study French for fun.... but how hard to master itI bet French is one of the most beautiful languages in the world particularly for listening purpose....You are correct, Perhaps I talked too much in Ad, but I really hope it is not a single ad.... Some people did something... I have my own concerns, that is not that complex... I guess. Anyway, I try my best to delete it....I will not talk my own government here.... it is too bold..I also choose not to talk your president.... say PCB, It is topic here....

Hello Friend,
Nice to hear that... my website tiny but tidy....
I designed it myself for service purpose to clients with small or medium quantities though I make mass production for serveral of them....

For data format... Could you please give me RS-274X gerber? Or RS-274D gerber... you could also give us pcb file namely design using Protel directly, we could use them to export gerber data for you... We prefer RS-274X because we could directly make boards for you without our export of gerber and for your confirmation... could save time for you.

P.S. I was a little hurt by a Mr. Michael A terrel or something like that...
who though me as a spammer.
In the fact, there are friends from forum started building board from my side. and I did give discount to show my sincerity to build long time relationship with clients...

Anyway I hope every one need not necessarily hold holistic opinions towards any new things... Perhaps my post is an opportunity to do things with new methods and know new people...

More details, you are welcome to send mail to me directly

Best Regards,

Iris

Long time No post!
Last night I talked with my partners, they are reluctant to build 3oz copper board because they earned little, I am willing to add money to do 2 times full panel plating to add finish copper. they said it is too troublesome... and Moon Festival is coming....
I faint.

Happy thing is I received so many mooncakes as gift!

I also encountered a young guy who is factory sales staff. knew little about PCB fabrication process, wasted long time to explain him difference between base copper and final copper.... he thought I myself should go back university for futher study...
