Your PCB is lacking the op-amp and pre-drive circuitry. Where does it go, or is this sort of a "universal" power amp output stage? Still, very cool and nice effort.

The board is double sided. Much of SMD components.

You have silkscreen printed over your pads.
Doesn't your board house remove silkscreen over pads on CAM import? |
