Matched SemiSouth SJDP120R085 (R085) for sale at GB price!
Matched SemiSouth SJDP120R085 "normally on" JFET are available for sale now.
Price is $35/pc, inc. of paypal fee and shipping cost. Only sold in multiple of 2 (even number of pieces). The price I get from Semisouth is $28.50/ea, and I have to pay for the FedEx shipment to Singapore. So although the price is higher than R100/R550, I'm not making anything meaningful from these R085. It is just a service to a few fellow friends who have requested for this. Donation: $1 will be donated to the forum for every pair (= 2 pcs) sold. Matching 100 pcs of R085 were matched with VDG=+8V, and source connected ground (gate) through 5.4ohm resistor (5.4Ohm degeneration), and sorted according to Id. Id varies from 600-1000mA.
