THD is not everything. You can have very low THD with open loop if you have the right quality regulated PSU.

I don't say open loop is always better than closed loop, but there is something special about the open loop amplifiers I have heard, that I have not heard anywhere else - no matter if its A AB or analogue closed loop class D.

Hello! Trippyamine, we have check you upload video yesterday ,we have to arrange our engineers discussed the problems yesterday even we are in National holiday , we will come back office at 8th October.

We appreciate your efforts for the amp , we are very sorry for the inconvenience!

A preliminary judgment as follows:
1. Tas5630 chip fault, we found only ‘CLIP’ red LED light, green LED never light.
2. You mentioned resister warmer indeed, but it is boot resister , very little hot dissipate.
3. It is not fan cooling system problems indeed.
4. It is first version G300v33 board .


This amp fault due to TAS5630 chip fault, we found bigger peak input voltage lead to this issue sometime, especially plug input signal when power on.

We add dynamic limiter in the new version G300V33BTL and G300V33PBT board, aim to avoid this issue occur .we have test it many time , no problems in the new version modules.

Usually this small case amp works well and can not exceed 40℃ in home conditions, only feel warmer, if environment temperature over 35℃, this amp case temperature maybe over 40℃.but we will add one fan cooler for the new version amp.

We will make one new lastest version G300V33BTL stereo small case amp for you soon, we think you will enjoy your music more comfortable in your conditions.

we will send amp to u by EMS when we back to office from holiday.

we made 200unit G300V33BTL module with this batch .amp modules easly pass test on produce line, only closed case amp need more testing and burning-in.

5units g300x amp with g300v33btl board testing today,after 48hours 1/4 rated power testing, there are no problems in this area indeed.

We will send one tested completed amp to you within this week. pls wait.

Happy New Year!

Two module use same chip TAS5630B, sound should good, but it have different input stage, G230v1.3 sound should better, because it have integrated proaudio SMPS unit, very good EMC peformnce.

hi authlxl, you ever thought of making a high voltage class d amp ? that could direct drive eSl's without transformer or with a verry small transformer instead of the bulky ones needed now? would get you a whole new market , the buyers from the expensive transformers for instance

We have some high voltage, from 150Vrms-300Vrms output amp wihtout output transformer, which applied to sonar or ultrasouic equipment. you can customize order from us.
