My amplifier is already build, but I wanted to eliminate the *speaker-plop*.

Maybe I will try the TL7712 Reset circuit.

If you would like to share your reset circuit, a pm is very appreciated.

Kind regards,

I am planning to buy two Sinewave G330V21 amps for a DSP based active crossover 2 way stereo speakers:

Wholesale TAS5630 HIGH POWER Hi Fi CLASS D AMPLIFIER LASTEST VERSION HIGH STABLE HIGH DISCOUNT!

based on this TAS5630 module:

Wholesale TAS5630 AND SMPS AII IN ONE BOARD

Looks like a very cost effective solution. I am not a diyer, but I want to build my definitive audio system and I am very interested in top quality. I would be very interested in having some impression on it in terms of quality/taste from someone who tested it or the board it is based on. Has anybody compared it to other modules e.g. ICEPower, ClassDaudio, Hypex etc?

One more technical question. The amp's input sensitivity is rated at 0dB/100kΩ. Would it interface well with my Minidsp 2x8 board, whose maximum output is rated at 2Vrms (8 dBu) in unbalanced mode?
Thanks in advance for your help
Oreste

Dear authlxl,
when you say at point 10:

10.DSP or Analog preamp stage selected.

do you mean that this amp will allow for full digital input (I2S) from dsp, so no A/D conversion is needed but just D/A after amplification?

This would be very interesting to me and would make me opt for this solution instead of the genius 300V21.

Is it based on TAS5630 as well?
When will it be available?

Since 2x500 watts is quite overkill for me, are you planning to provide a lower power module anytime?

Thanks
Oreste

I decided to buy 2 Genius300V21 for my dsp active speaker setup. The Input sensitivity of the amps is rated at 0dB/100kΩ. I do not understand what this means in terms of interfacing it with minidsp 2x8, whose maximum RCA output is 2Vrms (8 dBu) in unbalanced mode. Can anybody help me?
Is the aliexpress site:
Wholesale TAS5630 HIGH POWER Hi Fi CLASS D AMPLIFIER LASTEST VERSION HIGH STABLE HIGH DISCOUNT!
the official authlxl web shop?
Is there any special discount for diyaudio members? I am buying 2 amps.

I would also be very interested in having some impressions on the sound quality/taste of the TAS5630 board. Has anybody compared it to other modules?
Thanks

Default sorry

You are right, I am sorry. I didn not realize it was a commercial section.
Anyway, you did not tell me if the minidsp out of 2v is right for your amp.
What is the input sensitivity of the amp? Can it be adjusted on board (in case I want to add xlr)?
Thanks again
Oreste
