Dear Diyers,


This is Thomas Lee, Sales manager from Batchpcb4Diyers from China, Our website is still under construction. We know the exact situation of Diyers who source PCB, big PCB shops are not willing to make for because of high set-up charges, or too expensive quoted by some EXPRESS PCB shops. We Batchpcb4Diyers is designated for PCB fabrication for Diyers, whatever the quantity is 1 PCS or 2 PCS. We combined orders together to obtain low cost in high quality.

Our pricelist is as below,
1.Order quantity: 1-5 PCS
(a). Single sided PCB: USD250 (door to door)
(b). 2 Layer PCB: USD300 (door to door)
(c). 4 Layer PCB: USD400 (door to door)

2. Order quantity: 6-10 PCS
(a). Single sided PCB: USD350 (door to door)
(b). 2 Layer PCB: USD400 (door to door)
(c). 4 Layer PCB: USD500 (door to door)

3.Order quantity: 11-20 PCS
(a). Single sided PCB: USD400 (door to door)
(b). 2 Layer PCB: USD480 (door to door)
(c). 4 Layer PCB: USD600 (door to door)

4. Order quantity: 21-30 PCS
(a). Single sided PCB: USD450 (door to door)
(b). 2 Layer PCB: USD520 (door to door)
(c). 4 Layer PCB: USD700 (door to door)

5.Order quantity: 31-50 PCS
(a). Single sided PCB: USD550 (door to door)
(b). 2 Layer PCB: USD650 (door to door)
(c). 4 Layer PCB: USD900 (door to door)

Above pricelist is based on following conditions.
(1). Individual PCB size: 200mm X 200mm (Maximum), or not exceed 60 square Inch per PCS.
(2). Material: FR-4, 94V-0, 1.60mm +/-0.16mm thickness.
(3). Surface treatment: OSP or HAL(Lead-free).
(4). Finished hole tolerance: +/-0.10mm.
(5). Minimum finished hole size: 0.30mm in diameter.
(6). Outline tolerance: +/-0.20mm.
(7). Minimum trace width/spacing: 6/6 mils.


Gerber files format we can accept: PowerPCB, Protel, DXF, ODB++, IPC-D350, HPGL, RS274/RS274X.

Delivery schedule,
Single-sided PCB: 5 days plus shipping
2 Layer PCB: 6 days plus shipping
4 Layer PCB: 10 days plus shipping
