hallo,
I need data sheet so as successor types of no longer available Sharp hologram laser diode, that inside in all Philips CDM12 and VAM variantes. The type is follow: LTOH30PA (LT0H30PA) Additional I need a successor type of SONY's diode SLD104AU and SLD104BUL Datasheet see about http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/data...y/a6802787.pdf for SLD104AU, 5mW and http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/data...LD104BUL.shtml for SLD104BUL, 10mW This laser diode are inside of no longer available optical pick ups from SONY, e. g. KSS-151A, KSS-272A until KSS-274B, KSS-280A and KSS-281A I will try to replace this laser diode. Therefore I need currently types, that are compatible both mechanical and electrical. In this case I start two threads here - there you can read more in this case: Laser Diode Successor of SLD-104U for SONY ESPRIT KSS Series new Brand of Hologram Laser (LDGU) LT0H30PA inside by Philips CDM12 and VAM12 mech perhaps you can give me appropriate advices - thank you very much. |
