Hi,
I am attempting to repair a Kenwood KA-3500 stereo amplifier that I bought used on Ebay. I have found that two NEC power transistors (B618 R63, and D588 062) are bad. I presume one is PNP and the other is NPN. Also, there is a bad small signal transistor that feeds one of the power transistors above.
All I have on that transistor is part # A733Q163. I don't know if it is an NEC part or not.
Does anyone know where I can buy these three transistors? Are there equivalent part numbers (of other manufacturers).
Also, does anyone know where I can find a schematic for this amplifier?
Thanks,
Timothy Perri
