I now have some matched quad (K2013/J313-2 each) for sales. Devices are matched for Vgs at 40mA. Due to scarcity. please PM me to check availability.
Thanks
Prakit
got mine thanks!
Here you go.Hi. I know that your devices are genuine and can be used for confirmation. I have some already that I'm unsure of, before I buy some more is it possible for you to post close up high resolution both side pictures of your devices?
Many thanks in advance.
I would do some measurements as well. Easiest one is their Vgs. It is distinctly in the range of (2V, 2.3V) at Id~50mA for the genuine items. Most fake ones are in 4V range. Measuring its transconductance should be useful too.

Hmmm... note that the top of the '1' is also a bit different on mine and Prakit's than yours. Again, I haven't a clue if this is relevant or not. Manufacturers certainly changed lines from time to time which resulted in different text shapes, etc.
Have you measured yours? On some fake LU1014s I had plotting just 4 or 5 points was clear that they're weren't "right".

I can confirm what prakit says when measuring them. The genuine ones I have, measure between 2.29 to 2.48Vgs for the J313 and 2.41 to 2.45Vgs for the K2013 at 100mA. Fake ones will measure over 4Vgs which is similar to the IRF types. The true Toshiba's have a lower Vgs than other brands of Mosfets.
Look forward to your test results. I use the NP test method with a regulated 15VDC supply through a 120 ohm 5W resistor to give 100mA. I time for 1 minute and record the Vgs for each. I also clamp the device to a heatsink to make connecting the leads with test clips a lot easier.
