Hi Authlxl,

I probalbly have USB Audio out with my new setup (using Android Stick). Do you have an USB to Coaxial SPDIF board or box? Have seen pictures on your shop at Aliexperess but not any converter besides the digital transmitter.

I still plan to use the G300DS and build up a Power-Media-Player... ;-)

I tried a Sinewave Genius G300V21 recently, and found that with some ordinary speakers, the background noise (like hiss with attenuated HF content) was audible at the listening position. It was only after I switched to a pair of very low sensitivity speakers (82dB 1W/1m) that the noise was reduced to an "acceptable" level (still audible but barely perceptible at the listening position).

IMO, these amps still need additional work to improve noise filtering before they have a place in an audiophile-level system. Noise should not be audible at the listening position in a high-quality audio system.

Other impressions: Very well-controlled bass, even a slightly over-damped sound. These amps have very little sonic signature of their own through the midrange and treble, and certainly no 'sweeteners' or added warmth. If anything is wrong with the voicing of your speakers, you will hear it with this amp. Detail and texture are excellent.

I hope that Sinewave can address the noise problem with the G300V21 implementation of the TAS5630 soon, perhaps in a new revision of the PCB, because otherwise these would be excellent amps and a great value.

Ancillary equipment: Marantz CD5004 as transport, Musical Fidelity V-DAC, Mark Levinson No. 38 preamp. With my typical mid-1990s Hafler power amp, this system is silent, with no noise audible until about 1-2" from the speakers.

Thank you for you reply here, maybe something error with your applying , pls try our finished G300 amp.we think you try our G300V21 module and without case.
if you heard hiss noise from speaker with our g300v21 board with normal speaker, pls check case shield, because signal input loader resister are 1Mohm, very high input impedance.we suggest you can assemble it in one case as shield.

G36V1.2 pass our test!

Finally we finish our G36v1.2 amp board test,sound excellent,works stable, very low temperature rise after 24hours burning-in .
First batch finished amp will finish this week.paste some main board pics here.

I bought two Sinewave G300V21 modules with the intention of using them to build active 2-way speakers. Like you, I'm pleased with their clean sound and controlled bass. I also experienced the same high noise-floor as you describe, but I figured it must be related to the source or a grounding issue since the noise disappears if the source is disconnected.

However, I have another problem with the G300V21 modules. They don't switch on every time power is connected. Sometimes I have to turn them on and off five or ten times before the green light comes on. Have you experienced this problem too? I have tried to get help from Sinewave, but despite being very help, language barriers are making the communication difficult.

Thank you for your reply here. G300V21 turn off and on time a bit long, about 10-30s. because it have special circuit to protect the TAS5630 chip.soft on and fast repeat reject .
we will upgrade this performance in later version, we will make G300V30 version, we will apply special SMPS and make G300V30 as ultra lower interference with radio .it is bigger upgrade.

plz give us more good suggestion about it, we are plan to make two type,one stereo output(2BTL) and the other mono (PBTL).

This is exciting news. Please take a look at the products being sold by ICEPower A/S, which also integrate a switch mode power supply on the same circuit board as the amplifier stage. The ICEPower modules are very well regarded, and their modules have a very low noise floor. If you could investigate these modules and achieve similar low noise levels with your new G300V30, it would be a great value in Class-D/switch-mode amp modules, because the sound quality was already excellent when I tested the G300V21 (even though it was slightly different from the ICEPower module). The similar module to your G300V21 is the ICEPower 125ASX2 module.

I'm interested in continuing to investigate these affordably-priced modules, and I'll probably try to get one of these G300V30 modules once they are available.

The hiss seemed to be greater at low volume levels, and decreased through the middle of the volume range but near the upper end of the volume scale the noise increased again. This was independent of having a source connected to the inputs.

Hopefully the new revision of the G300 board will be quieter, and I appreciate Sinewave's quick attention to our comments. Maybe some changes to the output filtering of the power supply stage will be enough to clean up the amp's sound. Looking through the other modules and boards in this thread, it looks like there are some very smart and ambitious designs in here. I also particularly like the black PCBs. The products are also very imaginative yet practical - I can think of plenty of applications for the Genius G33D.

Hello! Taterworks, our G33D amp update nearly,additional functions list below:
1.headphone plug insert mute main speaker output function, it is DSP function.
2.revised rear panel as 2mm ,so user can connector wire to 5way binding connector easier .
3.revised PCB route to G33DV3 version, higher S/N.

latest batch of G33D amp will finish 10-15days, we are appreciated for our customers give us so good suggestions in developing procedure.

we think G33D is realistic type , and G36D is Hi-End type.

Thanks for your comments. Have you had any problems with the G300 not always switching on when power is connected? I have two boards and they both have this problem. I've tried the amps in different homes, even the in two different countries, and the problem persists.

I saw your answer, but it didn't make much sense to me. The problem is not related to a "slow" start. If I leave the power on for 30 seconds or more the modules still don't turn on. I have to try turning them on/off 5-10 times before the green light comes on. It seems strange that I have two boards with this same issue. That's why I asked Taterworks if he had experienced the same problem with his G300 module.

All the products pass our AC power supply adaptability test before sending.

X2000D professional class D AMP testing now!

Some customer asked for finished 1000W-2500W professional class D amplifier ,we developed one new series class D amp , now in testing. we have 2000DU or 1000DU modules have approximate functions, but it is mono type and narrow range AC power supply.
we found crown XLS Drivecore series have similar functions,but it is narrow range AC power supply too, it is complex for our customers to apply it in different country.
so we decide develop one new class D amp , testing now.

My sample took only about 5 seconds to click on, which seems like an OK duration for making sure that the power supply is stable. 120V here.
