These specs all look very impressive but I wish the case doesn't use a fan as it adds noise and has to be replaced eventually. The product quality also needs to be higher and problem free from initial delivery as me and at least 1 other person who ordered the G33D from you had to send the amp back for repair. The G33D I have right now takes about 10-15 secs to change input after pressing the button which may not be a reassuring sign. Hopefully no further problems.

Any pics of the G36D? I want to get one for testing and see if it's worth importing for sale here.

Hello Authlxl,

please forgive me if I have missed somehthing, but I need to ask now:

Why do these amplifier modules convert the PCM/I2C digital input into analog and from there again the signal is converted into PWM? Isnt there a high quality chip which directly accepts PCM/I2C? Well the G300DS is pretty much what I am looking for - a dig. input module for a high-end but hidden audio system ( I plan to have a raspberry Pi or similar with XBMC running as remotely controlled audio source)

Cheers!
Andy

Do you have EXACTLY that configuration (chassis, preamp board, inputs etc) but with the G300DDK6 board?

If not, do you have the same but with the TAS5630B chip?

Is the only difference between the G300SA and the existing G300 model the two coaxial inputs (with built-in DAC)?

Thank you for your reply, we can make one new preamp board which support G300DDK6 I2S input, with coaxial input and optical input . same front look as G300. we will place optical and coaxial digital input switcher at rear panel.

if any good ideas ,pls let us know

Was it on the EXPO area? I missed it yesterday - walking around downtown. Do you have a booth there?
Andy

...and I was wondering why there is so much noise in my Hotel room (staying in the Kerry Hotel - next to Expo lol)

Back to topic:
What about adding some tiny board which plays XBMC feeding directly the amp? No need for display or anything - just LAN connection. Then you have a Power-Media-Player. Controlled via WLAN by Remote by Android app. I guess Hifiakademie has something similar and found it always very interesting to have a n all in one mediaplayer.
