It would be great to have a "bi-amplification" board too...

It could drive speakers without the need of an external passive crossover !

Of course, we do need 6 outs (lows, mids, highs for left and right).

It would be also great to have a software that can sets the digital xover for optimal DRC (Digital Room Correction)

OK!it is really worthwhile things to make Sigma Studio Graphic view,we think everyone who know audio signal flow can do it,a bit complex for some parameters setting,we will send some sample files of it in our supporting CD-ROM.of course include Sigma Studio software.

But one thing attention, you have to buy one USBI download line from ADI,or we can help you burn eerom chip.

TAS5630 toroidal core working temperature decreased

Normally T72-2 or T72-8 Iron powder core were fitted in our TAS5630 board,a bit hot when working.

We discussed with our magnetic factory days ago,now developed new type core for it.finally temperature can not exceed 40℃ even full loader (19A pause current)or long time working。

.V20 board use higher frequency SMPS IC ,higher power out.
.Auto Reset /over temperature protect/over current protect
.Variable Fan Speed Controller inside.

DC COUPLING TAS5630 AMPLIFIER MODULE

We have finished the dc coupling tas5630+smps all in one board, some friend like use it to enlarge ultral low frequency even dc level.we have test it :
Input: 1Hz-50kHz with 1Vrms signal
Output: 30Vrms <1%THD+N(+/-1dB)
Looks well, sound good, all signal circle with dc coupled.

Full power version,600W rms power output.

Thanks a lot ! very good suggestion,we will produce two version of it,one with rear USB,the other with FRONT USB.

Thanks again!

Finally ,we finish the dsp amp!it is too hard process to build it,so many parts in stock, too much time and money spent.

All the sigema sotware tested and all functions tested, but we know we will develop it next day depond on friends good ideas.

Now we can provide sigma software of 2.1 mode amp or three ways for active speaker.it cna be download by USBi tools.

Features list:
Power supply: 90-265vac 50 or 60Hz
Sourece: Coxial Spdif/USB/2 analog or Optical Spdif/USB/2 analog
Output: 1x200W/4ohm(subwoofer)+2x50W/8ohm or 4ohm (stereo)
or 1x100W/8ohm(subwoofer)+1x100W/4ohm(mid range)+1x50W(tweeter)
Low cut switch:70Hz(on/off switch on rear)
Sub Franquency: 50Hz-150Hz

Core chip:
DSP:ADAU1701
AMP:TAS5630
USB:pCM2707

Take Some Pics here:

Nice small amp.

But why choose between coax or optical . Can it be both?

I saw a printing error,
Specs is Sub Frequency: 50Hz-150Hz

On the picture , it's up to 250hz?

How does the sub + stereo and sub + mid + high works?
Thru software via USB?

What's the differences?

Suggestions:
I notice this chip can do PBTL ,but in 8ohm mono, it's the same power with stereo.

For mono 8 ohm, can this work with Full Bridge? meaning Double BTL into 600W @ 8ohm ?

Thanks for your remind,Bass boost range up to 250Hz now,we extend it depond on customer suggestion.

Rear USB port is digital audio source, not programer port,we will fixed the system function as sub+stereo(2.1) or 3way before sending.customer can change this mode by USBi hardware and Sigma software ,USBi interface on board and need one jumper setting on board.

Coxial or optical Spdif select one in this version,no room on rear panel.

Thanks again.
