Please can you make a Class D AMP using the TAS5631 also? This chip uses digital in for pure digital path: suggest aes/ebu compatible 24 bit /192khz max digital input (but with support for other data input rates such as 16 bit/ 44Khz). This TI chip using pure digital path would be special in the market and many people today wish to maintain digital path until the final speaker output!

+1

I'd like to have it simple, just a powerDAC switchable optical/coaxial Spdif input and 2x 300W@4ohm output.

TAS5631 would be a great choice I think.

Happy Chinese New Year!
New year coming soon,in the last year,we have developed lots of amp and aduio processor, some of them shown in our store,we have made some DSP +amp products.if friends like pls send your request to us,we will arrange it according to your good advice.

We are in hoilday now,we will back 15th Feb.we can send stock product at that time.

Thanks for your supports,we will make it better in new year!

Queries on G300 / SINEWAVE PA based on TAS5630

Hi,

We have a requirement for TAS5630 based PA + power supply module of yours G300 / SINEWAVE.

Our requirement is connecting 3 Loudspeakers with each loudspeaker having
an impedence of 16 ohm each, Average power of 60W and peak power of 100W.
Loud speakers may be powered one at a time / all at a time.

We have rest of the digital boards and solar UPS etc. to interface with this.

NoW, I have the following queries on your design.

a) Can we operate the device in PBTL mode so that we can get 300W if required?
b) Can the control for keeping the PA at IDLE mode and invoking it to Power up mode available
outside?
c) The PSU should operate at 230VAC 50Hzinput.
d) Is max audio input voltage of 1.2V peak is supported as per TAS5630 datasheet?
e) What is the power consumption at 230VAC? This is needed for me to plan on the
Solar UPS requirement.
f) What is the power supply efficiency of your supply?
g) Can you send us the complete datasheet of this product?
h) Is it RoHS compliant?
If you can get me these inputs at the earliest, we can decide faster to go ahead with your module.
We will require initially 5 nos. for our proto testing. If that works out fine, then, we require
100 / 500 / 1000 nos. in this year.

J.Sowdhamini

DSP+2.1AMP+SMPS BOARD FINISHED!!!

How is the 2.1 version going?

2.1amp board finished now, case is manufacturing now,I take some pic just ago, paste here, corresponding circuit have tested for a about 4 month, works stable and sound good.

SPDIF and USB and 2analog input, can be selected by remote or front panel key.subwoofer frequency and gain can be adjusted alone.

We have no plan to develop one new software for mcu controlling, due to Sigma software so good and all code are perfect with software, still no better software can exceed it now.Mcu only
discreteness control,we sure believe ADI forbid sell it DSP algorithm routine.

We fix all the curve and code when selling.of course customer can modify all the parameter by Sigma software through ADI USBI.

Features list:
Power supply: 90-265vac 50 or 60Hz
Sourece: Coxial Spdif/USB/2 analog
Output: 1x200W/4ohm(subwoofer)+2x50W/8ohm or 4ohm (stereo)
Low cut switch:70Hz(on/off switch on rear)
Sub Franquency: 50Hz-150Hz

Core chip:
DSP:ADAU1701
AMP:TAS5630
USB:pCM2707

Hi,

Sorry for our delay reply, answer question one bye one:

a) Can we operate the device in PBTL mode so that we can get 300W if required?

if loader is 16ohm ,you can not get 300w low THD power anytime.
pvdd will exceed 100v.this chip can not work at this condition.

b) Can the control for keeping the PA at IDLE mode and invoking it to Power up mode available
outside?

this function is very simple ,only control the "RESET"pin voltage level.

c) The PSU should operate at 230VAC 50Hzinput.

Our board interegrated ac power supply,90-230vAC ok

d) Is max audio input voltage of 1.2V peak is supported as per TAS5630 datasheet?

we can change the input sensitivity about 0.42vrms

e) What is the power consumption at 230VAC? This is needed for me to plan on the
Solar UPS requirement.

if use it in Solar supply system,we will use lower standby power supply, about 1W when standby

f) What is the power supply efficiency of your supply?

if necessary we can make 300w amp +SMPS efficiency over 85%

g) Can you send us the complete datasheet of this product?

if necessary we can develop it for you, about 6weeks.
h) Is it RoHS compliant?

if necessary pls note,it is sample things indeed.

If any questions ,pls send mail to us.our mail:authlxl@gmail.com

Regards

how can I get one?

and will the software for it run on a Mac?

ok!thanks for your message, you can send your connect message to our mail,we will arrange the things for amp and delivery and PI.

Sourece: Coxial Spdif/USB/2 analog
Output: 1x200W/4ohm(subwoofer)+2x50W/8ohm or 4ohm (stereo)
Low cut switch:70Hz(on/off switch on rear) <<May I know what db slope are you using?
Sub Franquency: 50Hz-150Hz << Same here, how many db slope?

Core chip:
DSP:ADAU1701
