Nigel Wright's Vendor Thread

Are these modules using Lateral Or Vertical Mosfets?
Your web page suggests the use of a 40 0 40 AC transformer
so 56 0 56 DC
To output 450w RMS into 4 ohms the Output needs to swing approx 120v peak to peak.
Could you quote the Rail voltages that you use on your '900W' Module? :)

The modules use vertical MOSFET's.

40 - 0 - 40 is a minimum and is playing safe. The module requires +/- 60 volts to get the maximum output. However the capacitors are 63 volt so some care needs to be taken not to go over approx 60 volts.
I have done a couple of orders for modules with 80 volt capacitors.

New range of amplifier modules with extras

I have just designed and built some new amplifier modules.

300/600/900 watt MOSFET modules.
300/600/900 watt 12AU7 with MOSFET output stage modules.

I can also offer a clip LED output on these amps or a 7 segment bargraph driver.

Murton-Pike Systems Amplifier Modules for pictures.

If your interested email me at murtonpikesystems@talktalk.net

It’s just a suggestion, but could you make it with a white background and black symbols?

Cheers

I tried that but I wanted different colours for different things and they looked very odd on a white backgorund.
It gives a better contrast, a bit like the Windows schemes that have high contrast black background.

Bear in mind those screenshots are jpegs and lose some of the definition.
The schematics and PCB's look much better when using the software.
