The biggest issue is DSD over USB. I have been through several iterations of DoP implementation and I am starting to think very tight integration with the DAC is necessary for the best possible job.

I have a prototype, just working out the firmware kinks and deciding how far we want to go with various options.

Yes, but I am still exploring. One way to do it well would be to have the source control the DAC (I2C)

Yes Leon, very definitely. As well as tweek various DAC settings.

Hi Russ,

I also have a B3 SE waiting in its box ( been a while now!) for this fab concept to become reality.

The idea of controlling all DAC functions via the USB module is exactly what I am seeking.
