i am reading at legato 1 manual consumption 360ma. is it per rail or total? |

In this case what is sunk from one rail must be sourced from the other.

so one placid at 410ma is ok?
it`s realy hot but i can still touch the heatsinks. |

If so, yes it should be just fine. Just check the shunt current, and aim for about 50ma.

bp the old one not HD.
i think the current is a little less because i have no buffer maybe 300ma. |

i lowered current and i think that it is total because i have no voltage drop until 200ma per rail but i have at 180ma.
i left it at 250ma and now i will do some listening to see if i it sounds the same. |
