Yes the CCS scheme is built for larger loads, the original Placid BP was not really intended for high current. It was really designed for IVY III.

What's the current limit? Also, how much current would the Legato 3 need?

Who says we haven't?

Not everything we design makes it too production. At least not until we decide its ready.
