Sure, it should work fine, but I have not tried it. One could also do such a thing balanced to SE.

Russ,

Like barrows, I too am keen on experimenting with the Legato. I know it is still early days, but when you get some time, could you please post details (either in the forum or as a manual) on which components to omit to remove the LPF, buffer, output caps etc..

I have ordered my Legato too

Default Legato Power supply

Hi,
I placed my order for the Legato. I was under the assumption if I have my placid for the Buff II that it would run both.

The legato requires a bipolar supply (positive and negative rail voltages), so the regular Placid will not work for it.

It appears BP power supply and transformers are out of stock, can you not ship the legato and volumite until you get the other parts in?
