Retro - A fully symetrical phono stage with RIAA filter - Page 13

Ok so thanks to Brian and Russ I have wima caps that fit the board better. They also sent a pair of the opa 1632 to replace the 1623 I ordered by mistake. But I have no sound! I have no doubt installed the IC wrong but I have looked at datasheets and cant figure out what I did wrong. The dual placid bp are at 15v and 250ma. I am using the output as SE (rca) for now. I have the denon dl103r + to the + in and the earth to - into the boards. Out of the board is + signal to center pin of rca and the ground out to the ground of the rca. Heres a pic of the ICs. Any idea what I did wrong?

Is the 1632 the wrong way 'round?
Appears so from looking at the dot in the component print.

Yes the OPA1632 looks to be in backward.
