For these hand made output transformers for EL84/6BQ5 and 6V6 single end amplifiers, We used them in our EF95-EL84 single end and EF95-6V6 single end amplifiers. We think that they performed very well and the price is affordable.

Hmm, these transformers look very tempting for a small 6BQ5 SE amp I want to do sometime later this year. Any idea what shipping costs to MA, USA might cost? Pair with covers.

Can you tell us a little more about the construction techniques used - they do look nice and appear to be interleaved?

I don't have the details about the construction techniques of the output transformers as they may be secret, but according to the maker, the output transformers are winded by old techniques and paper shielding is used on each layer. The insulation material is yellow varnished silk tape.

MA is the standard two letter abbreviation the USPS uses for Massachusetts. (Noted in the location information in my moniker.)

Also what is the dc current rating of the primary? (Or what current do you run them at?)

I'm definitely interested, depends a lot though on shipping costs.
