Sanity check on a 2A3 ultrapath with Pentode driver

I think I got over my head in coming up with this-

This is a hodge podge of techniques found in many posts, including Thorsten's...

C1 is the ultra-path cap, C2 is a decoupling cap together with C3 bypass cap.

R1 is the pentode driver cathode resistor, R2 forms a voltage divider to pentode screen, R3 is the cathode resistor for the 2A3.

R4 is the plate load for the pentode driver, and R5 is the voltage dropping resistor.

I need a sanity check on the topology before I calculate the actual values.

As usual, the forum's help will be much appreciated.
