EL34B tubes
I have just got another of those music angel amps, the 500 mark 3 version, brand new for 180 quid.It blows away the kt88 version for stereo and smoothness of sound (I know this may be controversial to some)
The valves are 6n9p and EL34B, made in china. Can anyone suggest any replacements for these valves that sound better than these Chinese versions? eg by mullard etc? I fancy getting the king 845 se, music angel amp to see how that sounds or the 300b one. This amp is by far the best I have had to date, its simply beautiful and it only cost 180 quid!! |
