danFrank diyAudio Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: California	12B4 Line Stage with Fixed Bias? Has anybody eliminated the cathode resistor / cap in the 12B4 line stage and just used negative bias on the grid and ground the cathode? Opinions on this? Thanks, Daniel
