Is there such a thing? A dual 9-pin triode with the same characteristic of the 417A?
Tube gurus, I will appreciate your recommendation. TIA |

I don't know of an exact match but the specs of the 417A are unusual, to say the least.
The closest I can find are 7044, 8223 and E288CC. None of these has such a high amplification factor or transconductance as the 417A but they are within the ball-park for plate resistance, plate max. dissipation and plate max. current rating. All are 9-pin double triodes. |
