Default Power Regulator PCB's and Aikido parts

I am collecting some parts to begin working on an Aikido preamp using John Broskie's boards. I am leaning towards going with 6CG7's for the input and 6922's or 6H30's for the output based on some positive posts I found on this combo and as I can get some of these tubes pretty reasonably priced.

I have looked at the designs posted at tubecad for power supplies, but I am still pretty much a noob and would prefer to use a PCB for this as well to prevent issues and speed up the assembly. Does anyone have a good source for a nice PCB which would allow a 6.3v heater and 200-300v b+ output required for the Aikido?

Also if any of you have a parts list for an Aikido which worked well please post it here, I am getting dizzy looking at all the different types and values of components as well.

There's actually not that many choices out there if you insist on regulation. There's jackinnj's:

I don't know of one specifically for regulated heaters, but you should be able to find something intended for SS that will fit the bill because it is low voltage.

I don't know if he ever made them. There seemed to be some interest expressed in this thread:
