Converting a yarland amp to drive headphones

I have a yarland 34c iii amp and want to drive a pair of akg headphones (impedance 32 or 64 ohms), using the speaker terminals.

Can I just connect a resitive divider bridge at the output terminals, to reduce the power? How can I do this?
