Is it possible to drive a 845 push-pull power stage utilizing the signals taken (through capacitors) from the anode and the cathode of a 300B working in a SE configuration (... with the anode connected to a 3-3.5 Kohm output transformer and the cathod connected to a RC) ?

A 300B concertina? Anode load is usually resistive here though. If your already using a transformer, it makes more sense to use a center tapped secondary for phase splitting.
