If you visit http://www.bluebellaudio.com/ and look at the tools section, you will see some fairly inexpensive hole punches (prices in UKŁ). Bluebell audio are based in Dundee, Scotland but most of their tools and hardware are supplied by Hammond, so you might want to check out your local Hammond dealer first.
