How to cut holes for tubes

If you visit http://www.bluebellaudio.com/ and look at the tools section, you will see some fairly inexpensive hole punches (prices in UK£). Bluebell audio are based in Dundee, Scotland but most of their tools and hardware are supplied by Hammond, so you might want to check out your local Hammond dealer first.

What program did you use to make a printed layout of your chassis as a drilling template?

I do it in AutoCAD and print it 1 to 1 then tape that to the chassis. Take a center punch and mark the centers of all the tubes and other holes through the paper template then you can remove it and make your holes.
