Rose RV23 preamp

I have repaired one just now for a fellow. The secondary output voltages from the tramsformer (I presume yours is external to the Rose like this one here?) ought to be (and I don't know, I'm going from how the thing looks inside the main amp case) 250v for the ECC82 valves and about 13v for the heaters, which are wired in series (that is, from valve pin 4 to pin 9, and only then to pin 5. There is also a voltage stabiliser chip and a NE555, which would require about 12-15 volts. But it must be 13 as the two series heater sections in the valves are 6.3v and 6.3v.
