Need help in trouble-shooting my AES Sixpacs amp

What happened was I tried to bias the amp, using a mini jack on the bac of the amp, but all of a sudden the bias was jumping all over the place. In a moment of panic, I pulled out the mini jack. At that moment, the tubes were flashing.

Now, the bias point won't go beyond 160ma. The optimal recommended value is 260ma. When I turn on the amp, there is no sound. I think 160ma is below the operating point of the tubes.

Does anyone have the schematic of the AES Sixpac amp?

Where should I begin looking at first.
