Default Schematic please? SRPP with current source cathode follower

I need some help creating a schematic:

- Triode in SRPP (I'll use 5965) with 1k cathode resistor; followed by
- a current source loaded cathode follower (I'll use 5687).
- So 1/2 to follower and
- the other 1/2 as CCS with around 1/4 +B on the grid.

I basically need to translate this to a schematic. Help please
